TWW Solutions is a Company founded by Tim Walder and its mission is to provide Strategic Consultancy Services to the Aviation Industry, providing solutions that bring clear benefits to clients. With over 45 years of experience in the construction industry, Tim has successfully led multi-disciplined aviation teams and managed multi-million-pound projects for prestigious organisations and airports worldwide.

Tim is a prominent figure in the UK and European aviation sectors, holding the position of Deputy Chair of the British Aviation Group (BAG) and actively promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the industry. His involvement in major projects such as the Heathrow 3rd Runway, Heathrow’s Terminals 5 and 2, the Gatwick 2nd Runway programme, and Manchester Airport’s Transformation Programme demonstrates his extensive expertise and influence.

Tim's contributions internationally span various countries, including Turkey, Ireland, Macau, Portugal, Oman, Turkmenistan, Greece, France, Poland, the Netherlands, Peru, and Abu Dhabi.

Furthermore, his qualification as a life coach in 2017 has allowed him to provide mentorship and career coaching, following the Co-Active coaching techniques and training mentors to impact and inspire others.
