Sustainable Aviation

Several years ago, all parts of the aviation sector came together to produce a long term strategy setting out the collective approach of UK aviation to tackle the challenge of ensuring a sustainable future for our industry. The group arising from this initiative is called Sustainable Aviation, and brings together the main players from UK airlines, airports, manufacturers and air navigation service providers. BAG is a full member of Sustainable Aviation and participates in all Working Groups regularly. Home | Sustainable Aviation

The BAG Board nominates Airport Operators, other relevant bodies or organisations as strategic partners to BAG to give access for BAG members to these purchasers of their skills and/or services and/or equipment. For our members, we seek to provide greater visibility of potential opportunities and project pipelines, greater knowledge of clients’ organisations and a broader understanding of and involvement in discussions between government and industry. Our members want to understand market drivers and clients’ needs, priorities and ambitions in order to optimise their offer.
Currently our Strategic Partners include the following:

  • Heathrow Airport
  • Gatwick Airport
  • Manchester Airport Group
  • Connected Places Catapult
