Nordic Office of Architecture was established in 1979 under the name of Narud Stokke Wiig (NSW). Nordic emerged in 1992, when NSW was split into two separate companies, and was renamed in 2012. Our Copenhagen and London offices opened in 2013 and 2015.
Airport planning and design
When Istanbul New Airport is finished, it will not only be the largest airport in the world, it will also be a testimony to one of Nordic's core fields of expertise; airport design. Master planning and executing major airport hubs and smaller terminals alike, we always design for functionality and long term flexibility, creating flow and effective logistics.
Nordic madern its name in aviation through the award winning Oslo airport and recently completed Bergen and working on an extension to Tromso Airport in the Arctic circle.
