BAG Chair Announcement
I was delighted and honoured to take over from Graham Bolton as the BAG Chair for the next two years following the BAG AGM yesterday. Graham has done a fantastic job in taking BAG forward. I am thrilled to be the new BAG chair supporting the group and continuing to provide world class expertise which will go on to help shape the future of the aviation sector. It was fantastic to see over 200 BAG Members and their guests at this year’s BAG Seminar and Drinks Reception at the Brewery in London.
Jason Fowler, Chair of the British Aviation Group

BAG Board Elections 2021- Announcement Every Board member is elected for a term of three years and this year six positions came up for re-election. Further to the call for nominations for the BAG Board we received a total of six applications all of which meet the eligibility criteria for Board membership. As this matched the number of Board vacancies this year, there was no need to run an election process. In line with the BAG Constitution the six nominations were formally ratified at the BAG Annual Meeting on 29 September 2021 and we are delighted to confirm those Board Members:
- Tim Walder, Arcadis
- Graham Beardwell, Arup
- Alan Corner, Egis
- Graham Bolton, Mott MacDonald
- Catherine Workman, Pinsent Masons
- Richard Stafford, Turner & Townsend

BAG Sustainability Update- September We are very excited to be sharing our third edition of our quarterly update from the BAG Sustainability Working Group. In it we share with you our new BAG Response to the Jet Zero Consultation as well as our new BAG Sustainability Policy. The BAG Sustainability Working Group and BAG Board has been developing both over the last months and I’m hoping it will be of much interest to our members and stakeholders alike. I must offer my thanks to all involved. It has been a fantastic effort. We also wanted to share with you the exciting news that BAG has been approved to become an official member of Sustainable Aviation and how we will be participating in this group moving forwards. The newsletter also highlights other activities BAG has organised and participated in recently within the sustainability arena.
