Procured via a two-stage restricted process, our non-Utilities frameworks comply with the Public Contracts (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) Regulations 2015, and the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, and, via a single stage open process our Utilities frameworks comply with the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016, and, Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2026 ; our competitively-tendered approach enables client(s) to engage with the very best delivery partners (appointed to our respective frameworks) to accelerate any project.
