Flight Crowd is an educational non-profit empowering young people to start their careers in Advance Air Mobility.  90,000 jobs will be created in the EU alone in this sector by 2030.  Since 2020 we have supported over 500 young people and their families to understand that opportunity.  We plan to increase our work to satisfy student demand for mentoring support and the imperative identified by the aviation industry for a skilled future workforce.
