CPC is an independent, result-driven project and cost management consultancy.  With over 30 years' experience in the transport industry, providing technical advisory and project consultancy services to support strategic, infrastructure and capital development programmes. 

We complement these with management consultancy and change services to transform business performance and organisational structures building robust governance, eliminating waste and realising efficiencies.

CPC is owned by its employees through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), and has a network of eight office hubs across the UK and Ireland, and over 300 employees.  In 2023, CPC was recognised as APM’s SME of the Year and Building Magazine’s Construction Consultancy of the Year (over 100 staff).

CPC are actively engaged with Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, and Leeds Airports as well as TfL, Heathrow Express and Manchester Airports Group.
