His involvement in major projects such as the Heathrow 3rd Runway, Heathrow’s Terminals 5 and 2, the Gatwick 2nd Runway programme, and Manchester Airport’s Transformation Programme demonstrates his extensive expertise and influence.

Tim's contributions internationally span various countries, including Turkey, Ireland, Macau, Portugal, Oman, Turkmenistan, Greece, France, Poland, the Netherlands, Peru, and Abu Dhabi.

Furthermore, his qualification as a life coach in 2017 has allowed him to provide mentorship and career coaching, following the Co-Active coaching techniques and training mentors to impact and inspire others.
