The Transport Select Committee has published the response it has received from the Government on its report on the impact of Covid-19 on the aviation industry which was published in March. The Government’s response summarises their approach to date, including the Global Travel Taskforce and recent green, amber and red lists, along with a promise that a strategic framework for the longer-term recovery of the sector, setting out the Government’s plans to ensure a successful and sustainable UK air transport sector for the future, will be published later this year...read here
