Sir Stephen Hillier gave the Brabazon Lecture to the Royal Aeronautical Society about the Civil Aviation Authority on 19 November 2020. Sir Stephen spoke about the need for the CCA to be a leader, but also a regulator for all; equally for every part and person of the aerospace enterprise and for all the consumers that they serve.
