ADC has been providing Technical Advisor services to Arabtec, CCC and Almabani for 4 major projects in Saudi Arabia - SAEI MRO base, at KAIA Jeddah, T5 at KKIA Riyadh and the new terminal at Abha Airport.
Recently ADC has worked with Grimshaw advising CCC/Almabani for their D&B tender for the new terminal/piers/re-modelling of T3/T4 at KKIA, Riyadh. The scope required a complete appraisal of the reference design including validation of sizing, process, civil/structural engineering, MEP integration, compliance with GACA brief, IATA and ICAO requirements. Follow up services included the preparation and presentation of the technical proposals to GACA.
