As the pandemic saw passenger traffic plummet by 75% last year, Stansted Airport had more than enough time on its hands to upgrade the departures lounge at the single terminal. From having reduced amenities through the previous two years, passengers will be greeted with a whole new look this summer, just in time for the holidays.
