The design and engineering firm, Systra has joined forces with customer experience specialists Ethos Farm have been awarded a Customer Experience contract at London Luton Airport (IATA: LTN).
To support these infrastructure enhancements the airport said it is investing in a complete overhaul of the end to end customer experience which has led to the contract award.
