Riyadh Airports Company, which operates King Khalid International Airport (KKIA), has updated the interactive chat service it provides for travellers and visitors.
The new version, which uses artificial intelligence technology and is available to IOS and Android users, will enable travellers and visitors to easily inquire about flights, service rates, and other information. New features of the service, provided by WhatsApp and Twitter, include replacing long text messages and lists with a set of options and drop-down menus.
