The U.S. House of Representatives passed its 5-year Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reauthorization bill with a resounding 351-69 vote on Thursday.

ACC sent a letter to House committee leaders this week in support of many provisions in the bill. The organization praised the increase in the Airport Improvement Program (AIP) to $4 billion dollars and other FAA reforms, as well as called out issues that were missing, such as reforms to Buy America regulations.

ACC joined hundreds of national and local groups in supporting key aspects of the bill.
