Passengers at Gatwick Airport claim they were "turned away" from their flights after the Covid Pass within the NHS app failed to load.
People travelling abroad must show a QR code within the app to prove their vaccine status or print out a letter in advance. However, a glitch on Wednesday (October 13) prevented some people from flying.
