Have you ever had a mentor or you were thinking of having one? Do you work in the aviation industry but you feel like there is no advancement in your career?
As part of Marialena Chazapi MSc Air Transport Management at Cranfield University, she currently undertaking an Individual Research Project on whether mentoring can provide a solution to the glass ceiling phenomenon that female professionals face in the aviation industry.
She is looking for volunteers with experience in the aviation industry and willing to provide their insights regarding either their mentoring relationship and advancement of their career or their thoughts on mentoring in general.
