Heathrow expansion must not go ahead without Southern Rail access - that's the message from the leader of Surrey County Council (SCC)...SCC’s leader Cllr Tim Oliver delivered a strong message to Heathrow Airport Limited (HAL) stating that a Southern Rail Link to the terminals is the authority’s “red line” and that going ahead with expansion without the rail access would not be supported by the council.
