Bristol Airport experienced a record number of passengers in 2023.
Nearly 9.8 million passengers used the South West's gateway, making it the busiest year in the airport's history.
It recovered faster from the Covid-19 pandemic than any other major UK airport.
This recovery was due in part to the significant demand for travel to reunite with family and friends.
Interestingly, passenger numbers now exceed pre-pandemic levels, with a 10 per cent increase in 2023 compared to 2019.
