The Department for Transport has asked to draw members’ attention to the Aviation Skills Retention Platform, which opened on Wednesday 10 February for industry registrations. The platform is designed to help retain vital skills within the industry and address the skills gap that existed prior to the pandemic. Aviation employers can use the platform as a recruitment talent pool of aviation specific skills.
