Aéroports de Montréal (ADM) has unveiled its first ever Sustainability Plan 1.0, which it believes demonstrates that it has listened to its neighbours and placed sustainable development at the heart of its mission.

And the Canadian airport operator even goes as far as to suggest that it plans go beyond basic considerations to ensure that it plays its part in the transformation of the airline industry.

To elevate sustainability to a strategic level, the ADM team identified 26 sustainability challenges ranging from employee health and safety to waste management, greenhouse gas emissions and customer service.

The latest report will be available at the beginning of May. The organisation also updates its platform of sustainable development indicators every year.
