This year, OAG data shows there are just over 167,400 non-stop flights between the US and Europe (double for both ways). It equates to an average of more than 450 daily flights, excluding seasonality, reduced operations on Christmas Day, and so on.

The number of US-Europe departing flights grew by 1.5% in 2023 compared to the pre-pandemic 2019.

Seven European airports gained US flights, although some will not have them in 2024.

Despite already being the largest airport from 'across the pond', London Heathrow emerged as the biggest winner, with the most added services.
