Originally established in 2003 as Face2Face, the company built a strong reputation supplying staff to Heathrow Airport and Gatwick Airport, particularly in providing fully vetted airside personnel. Following sustained growth and diversification, it rebranded to Aviation Personnel in 2021.

The organisation maintains a robust compliance framework, including five-year background checks, ID authentication, CAA cargo compliance, and ID Centre accreditation at both airports.
