VINCI Airports is now the top shareholder at Viva Aerobus' base of operations.
Earlier this week, VINCI Airports, a branch of VINCI Concessions, announced it has signed an agreement to purchase a 29.99% of OMA (Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte), an airport group administrating 13 airports in Mexico, including Monterrey International Airport (MTY), one of the country’s top hubs, and Viva Aerobus’ base of operations. With this transaction, VINCI Airports has become the leading shareholder at OMA.
