The United Kingdom Internal Market Bill has been published; after widespread coverage it confirms the Government wants Ministers to have powers over state aid, and to make rules and regulations about goods in Northern Ireland. The EU will view this as attempting to override the Withdrawal Agreement and, along with MPs who have voiced concerns over this, as an attempt to break international law. The Bill returns to the House of Commons on Thursday and it will be the first time MPs will debate the content.
