In the latest developments, the airport is providing details on what passengers can expect once the expansion of Concourse A is completed.

It comes as CLT has experienced increased passenger presence and growth over the last 20 years, becoming one of the busiest airports in the US. Throughout its current expansion projects, the airport says it will “remain cost-competitive and financially sustainable.”

Concourse A primarily handles flights operated by airlines such as Air Canada, Delta Air Lines, Frontier Airlines, Southwest Airlines, Spirit Airlines, and United Airlines.
