St. Louis Lambert International Airport saw $24.8 million revenue growth in 2025 but a 4% decline in passengers.

The biggest contribution to the revenue gain was renting out terminals and other airport leasing revenues, per Antonio Strong, Deputy Director of Finance and Administration. That includes a lease agreement signed in 2024 with Boeing for the aerospace giant to expand its St. Louis facilities in supporting defense-related aircraft assembly and flight testing.

Additionally, the airport’s capital management investment revenues skyrocketed 97.7% due to the issuance of $287 million in A & B Series Airport Revenue Bonds...
