Spain is preparing for one of the largest airport transformation programmes in Europe, with a planned investment of €12.888 billion aimed at modernising and expanding airport infrastructure across the country. The initiative, led by Aena, will run from 2027 to 2031 and is designed to support rising international travel demand while improving the overall passenger experience.
