On 12 July 2021 the Chief Executives of Scotland’s main airports sent an open letter to the Scottish Government urging them to match the relaxation of travel restrictions in England and stating that both Government’s should act together towards reopening the sector.
From 19 July, fully-vaccinated travellers will not have to quarantine when returning to English airports from amber list countries.
