Having achieved successful results by introducing parallel divestment trials with a major European Airport, Result have been asked to roll out the solution in a ten week implementation phase.
An order for 24 of our Rapid-flo™ and 12 Rapid-pak™ workstations is to be placed along with our bespoke designed tray return system.
Also included in the roll out will be a rigorous training program to undertake the operational readiness with the security staff to ensure that the staff, process and equipment are all working together in an organised manner to deliver the c. 30% throughput increase achieved during the trials.
Result will also coach the staff to ensure they are working to the new methods prescribed in the SOP’ (standard operating procedures) and create a sustainable improvement in checkpoint performance.
