OneReg secures NZD $7.5 million (USD $4.4 million) Series A to scale global aviation regulatory assurance platform
Oversubscribed round co-led by Altered Capital and Co:Act Capital as OneReg accelerates international expansion
LONDON, UK and AUCKLAND, New Zealand, 25 May, 2026 – OneReg, the fast‑scaling aviation compliance and regulatory assurance platform used by airports and airlines globally, has closed a Series A round, raising NZD $7.5 million (USD $4.4 million). The round was co‑led by Altered Capital (NZ) and Co:Act Capital (Australia), with additional participation from UK and US‑based strategic investors.
“This investment is a strong endorsement of the category we are building and the global demand we are seeing,” said Clinton Cardozo, CEO and co-founder of OneReg. “Airports and airlines everywhere are dealing with more complex compliance environments. Our platform gives them a single source of truth, a faster path to compliance and a more resilient operational foundation. With this raise, we are accelerating our expansion into key international markets and advancing the next generation of AI‑driven regulatory assurance.”
OneReg’s growth reflects triple‑digit revenue expansion and a rapidly growing international customer base. The platform is now used by airports and airlines across New Zealand, Australia, the Middle East and the US, with strong demand‑pull from operators facing rising regulatory and cost pressures.
Recent customer wins include Dubai Airport, the world’s largest international airport, which validates the OneReg platform at the highest levels of scale and regulatory complexity. OneReg has also been validated at national‑carrier level through its deployment within Air New Zealand’s Engineering & Maintenance divisions.
To support its expansion into the UK and Europe, co-founder Carly Waddleton has relocated to the UK, where OneReg is growing its on‑the‑ground team. In addition to New Zealand and Australia, the company now has employees located in the UK, Geneva, Dubai.
“We backed OneReg because aviation compliance needs a modern, shared infrastructure between operators and regulators – and this is the team that’s building it”, said Ash Lambert, Partner at Co:Act Capital.
“The platform has become mission-critical for airports and airlines in Australia and New Zealand and is earning the trust of aviation authorities across multiple regions,” said Laura Manson, Partner at Altered Capital. “The international demand OneReg is seeing reinforces our conviction that the platform opportunity is global.”
The new capital will be deployed to expand OneReg’s international sales and customer success teams, particularly in the UK, EU and Middle East, and to accelerate product development, including platform scalability, enterprise airline modules, and AI-native capabilities.
