Miami-Dade County has announced plans for the first airport-wide digital monitoring hub in the United States, with a new operations centre planned for Miami International Airport by 2027.
The planned Airport Operations Center (AOC) and Digital Monitoring Hub will serve as a centralised operations and emergency response hub for the airport.
