Manston airport owner RiverOak Strategic Partners (RSP) has asked the government for two changes to the Development Consent Order granted in 2022 to reopen the airport as an air freight hub.
The owner of the Manston airport site has now applied for two non material changes to the Development Consent Order. One is asking for an extension of two years to begin development at the airport site and the other is related to providing an alternate location for the Ministry of Defence’s High Resolution Direction Finder on the airfield site...
