Manchester Airports Group (MAG) has announced the selection of key partners for its new Airfield Infrastructure Framework, which aims to enhance airfield development at its three airports: Manchester, London Stansted and East Midlands.
The appointed suppliers are Arup, Jacobs, VolkerFitzpatrick, Lagan Aviation & Infrastructure, Dyer & Butler, Allied Infrastructure and Amalgamated Construction.
The framework will span a period of five to eight years and is part of MAG’s ongoing commitment to investing in airport infrastructure.
The initiative will focus on various critical projects, including airfield improvements, runway resurfacing, development of aircraft stands and installation of airfield ground lighting systems.
Arup, in particular, has been designated as Design Partner for the framework, tasked with providing its expertise in airport master planning and development.
