The steering committee of the Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) at Ireland West Airport has announced the appointment of Dominick Healy as the new project manager of the airport's new SDZ.
This appointment follows the Government decision to allocate funds to Mayo County Council to employ a dedicated project manager to accelerate the development of the SDZ as a key economic driver for the western region.
Mr Healy will take up the role on August 22nd next and joins Mayo County Council with extensive experience as a civil engineer in the construction industry, having worked for more than 15 years in both the private and public sectors.
