SATCO, Michael Connolly, said:  ‘The refurbishment of the ATC Control Tower was undertaken to enhance safety but also to improve the comfort of the Controllers while in position. Right from the beginning of the project Systems Interface were very professional and easy to deal with.

There was great co-operation between all parties on deciding the final design. The dismantling of the old furniture, wiring and equipment and the installation of the new furniture and reinstatement of old and new ATC equipment took place without incident or disruption to our busy fight schedule.

In addition the attention to detail as regards having all the correct paperwork in place for regulatory requirement was excellent’.
