SME Marketplace is Heathrow’s fast-track procurement process for low-risk products and services. The SME Marketplace provides opportunities at Heathrow for SMEs within a competitive marketplace to have access to quick competitions to win work. Our aim is to create a swift and fair means to distribute work and drive value for money.
The photography and videography service scope will include projects ranging from low to medium value involving the following requirements:
- The creation of high-quality photography and videography assets including photos, short-form and long-form videos, and associated meta-data.
- The provision of shoot logistic plans and shoot process management including risk assessment forms and documentation.
- The editing and retouching of digital assets.
- Uploading assets onto Heathrow’s digital asset library.
- Collaboratively working with other Heathrow agencies on creative campaigns.
- Compliance with Heathrow’s security and health & safety policies in an operational environment.
- Compliance with Heathrow’s filming and location requirements, and content guidelines.
- Provision of competitive pricing for all work and be able to demonstrate a best value for money approach.
- Ensuring that all required insurance cover has been obtained.
- Alignment with the Heathrow values and supporting Heathrow’s sustainability goals.
