A government-commissioned report that recommended climate-driven restrictions on airport expansions has been removed from the government's online library the day after it was uploaded. The report was among a raft of papers published alongside the Net Zero Strategy this week. Entitled Net Zero: principles for successful behaviour change initiatives, it outlines societal-level behaviour change that might be necessary to achieve net zero.
