I am delighted to introdue this edition as we share some inspiring activities, events and sucess stories from across the aviation sector. Encourageing futures generations to discover the breadth of opportuntities available in aviation remains central to our work. As the current round of Reach for the Sky Challenge Fund activity draws to a close, we are pleased to celebrated some of the recipients's achievements. We also highlight some of the work being done by our Aviation Ambassadors. Our strong collaboration with industry continuses to help us reach, inspire and recruit the next generation of aviation professionals.
