Flying enthusiasts are among groups interested in taking over an airfield in Wester Ross.
Highland Council has been exploring future uses of small airstrips it owns, including the one at Plockton.
Light aircraft owners have expressed interest in buying or leasing it, according to a council report.
Plockton Community Development Trust is also interested in the airfield, which was opened in the 1960s.
