The Netherlands’ Eindhoven Airport has revealed plans to build a new covered gallery on the walkways of the airport’s apron.

Construction will start before summer 2020 on the facility, which is intended to keep passengers dry when boarding or disembarking from their flight. The 600m-long (1970ft) structure has been designed to give visitors to Eindhoven a surprising first – and last – impression of the region.
