Delhi International Airport Limited is preparing a major expansion of Terminal 3 as part of its long-term infrastructure development plan. The project involves building a new Pier E at T3, designed to accommodate nearly 12 million passengers each year, a capacity close to that of Terminal 2. After completion, domestic flights currently operating from T2 are expected to shift entirely to the enlarged T3. The expansion is included in a revised master plan by GMR Airports and aims to streamline domestic operations, boost efficiency, and support rising passenger traffic demand in the years ahead...
