Representatives from the OCS Passenger Assistance team in Bristol Airport, together with airport staff and members of local Dementia, Autism and Alzheimer charities, have worked together to develop a special assistance card to complement the lanyard scheme for passengers with hidden disabilities.

A passenger can show the card, which is the size of a business card, to airport staff along with their boarding pass or passport, to indicate they may need additional support or assistance as they travel through the airport, or that they need to remain with a family member or companion at all times.  View the full article on the OCS news page.
