[Bournemouth] has applied to expand its terminal buildings to deal with increased passenger numbers.

Bournemouth Airport submitted the plans, which include improvements to car parking, baggage handling facilities, as well as taxi and bus drop-off areas, to BCP Council.

The airport's renovation work will also see multiple buildings demolished at the site, which the airport said were "approaching the end of useful life".
