London City has released an update on its Development Programme (CADP), including a decision to temporarily pause the development at the end of this year upon completion of new aircraft stands, a full-length parallel taxiway and new passenger facilities.
By the end of 2020, the airport will have completed a number of airside projects including eight new aircraft stands capable of accommodating the new generation of aircraft and a full length parallel taxiway. At the start of September, the airport will be opening its new immigration facility to passengers which will include ten new E-gates.
