Two entities submitted bids in the procedure for the design, delivery, installation and commissioning of the Baggage Management System for the CPK Airport. This important tender procedure is conducted in the form of a competitive dialogue. It is the baggage system, m.in, that determines the waiting time for suitcases, the efficiency of transfers and the comfort of passengers.
Bids in the tender for the design, delivery, installation and commissioning of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) for the CPK Airport were submitted by:
BEUMER Group Poland and Vanderlande Logistics (formerly Siemens Logistics).
Each of the offers consists of three net amounts for the delivery and installation of the BHS system expressed in euros and for the maintenance and maintenance of the system in the basic part, i.e. for five years, expressed in PLN, as well as an option to extend it for another five years, also expressed in PLN.
In the case of BEUMER Group Poland, the expected net remuneration for the delivery and installation of BHS is EUR 198 million, while for the maintenance and maintenance of the basic part: PLN 116 million and PLN 123 million in the option to extend the contract.
In the case of Vanderlande Logistics' offer, the same amounts are EUR 115 million, PLN 97 million and PLN 93 million net, respectively.
Both offers are within the investor's budget. The tender committee began their verification and evaluation.
