SNC-Lavalin subsidiary Atkins has announced a restructuring of its businesses in Africa and Middle East, to take place from 1 July.
Based around Atkins’ markets in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, the firm said in a press release the move would help “country priorities and respective client projects” by creating a simpler structure that is better able to respond to local markets.
Johan Hesselsøe has been appointed as the company’s UAE managing director and Ian Redmayne will act as Atkins’ Saudi managing director. Redmayne has been at Atkins for 30 years and has worked on projects such as The King Abdulaziz International Airport and the Riyadh Metro...more
