AS EXPECTED, TECHNOLOGICAL SELF-RELIANCE AND THE NEW DUAL CIRCULATION STRATEGY ARE TOP OF THE AGENDA. FURTHER OPENING UP AND THE LIBERALISATION OF CHINA’S SERVICE SECTOR REMAIN IMPORTANT GOALS.
