Travel businesses have had no chance to recover with 9 in 10 summer holidays cancelled - leading to job losses doubling in just three months
ABTA has published the results of a members survey conducted before the current lockdown (pre-announcement of the second national lockdown), showing that 9 out of 10 holidays in July and August were cancelled or changed due to restrictions. One third of travel businesses have not resumed operations since the first lockdown. More information can be found here.
