The Jewar International Airport, built at a cost of approximately 11 thousand crore rupees in Greater Noida, UP, could not withstand the first rain. Here, due to heavy rain on Tuesday, the path connecting the terminal and parking lot was waterlogged. Employees were seen mopping.
SP chief Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday, targeting the BJP government, said-
"You are building an airport, and it got waterlogged. You are building an expressway, and it developed potholes. Some similarities are visible between those who fly airplanes and those who run the state."
